Shubham is a seasoned Renewable Energy professional with over 11 years of proven expertise in the financial, technical, and operational analysis of Solar PV projects. He has established a strong track record of driving end-to-end project development from conceptualization to commissioning and has successfully contributed to 500+ MW of solar projects across utility-scale and rooftop segments in South Asia.

Renowned for his ability to transform greenfield ideas into shovel-ready assets, Shubham excels at project structuring, techno-commercial evaluation, regulatory compliance, land due-diligence, and stakeholder negotiations. His expertise spans the entire lifecycle of solar development, including:

• Land identification, surveys, and acquisition
• Preparation of detailed project reports (DPRs) and financial models
• Vendor and EPC selection, contract negotiations, and bank financing
• Liaising with local, provincial, and central authorities for approvals
• Grid connectivity planning, transmission line development, and compliance
• Investor management, project monitoring, and on-ground execution

He has played a pivotal role in the successful commissioning of 55 MW of Solar PV capacity in Nepal, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring seamless interfacing with government agencies, utilities, lenders, and international partners. His professional collaborations include leading corporate and investment groups such as Golyan Group, Pure Energy, Pashupati Renewable, Dolma Impact Fund, Downtown Housing, Chaudhary Group etc.

Shubham is highly regarded for his ability to build strong relationships with investors, clients, consultants, vendors, EPC contractors, and statutory authorities, consistently securing timely approvals and enabling smooth project execution. He has also led operations with a strategic focus on revenue targets, profitability, risk management, and efficient budgeting.

Shubham has been awarded as Youth Leader of the year under Nepal Solar week Leadership awards for year 2022 & 2024, recognizing excellence in renewable energy leadership. He has completed numerous specialized programs covering Solar Energy Systems, Solar Entrepreneurship, Solar Thermal Technology, Solar Design & Testing, and hands-on technical training from the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE). As a passionate advocate for clean energy, he has published research papers, delivered expert lectures, and contributed actively to renewable energy knowledge-sharing platforms.

Beyond the renewable energy domain, Shubham has a strong commitment to social impact. He is the founder of “Lets Save Life,” supporting initiatives in health equity, children’s education, orphan welfare, and climate change awareness. He also founded “Express the Hue,” a platform dedicated to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and empowering communities toward emotional well-being.

Shubham holds an M.Tech in Renewable Energy from Delhi Technological University (DTU, formerly Delhi College of Engineering).
